Design/built an automation system for fly ash truckload and an unloading facility. The facility with 2 concrete silos(10k ton) and 2 steel bins(150 tons). Receive to both concrete silos and steel bins via VFD controlled augers to a 125 ton/hr leg. Reclaim from the concrete silos to fill the steel bins. Loadout from either concrete silo side draw or overhead steel bins to trucks.The truck scale was integrated into loadout process to improve accuracy and efficiency.
 

Design/built an automation system for cement and fly ash truck loadout and rail unloading facility. The facility has 1 concrete silo and 4 steel bins. Product is unloaded from rail cars using VFD controlled augers to a 250 ton/hr leg that distributes product to the correct bin. A truck scale was integrated into loadout process to improve accuracy and efficiency.
 

Upgraded our existing automation system that accommodated two extrusion lines and added two more extrusion lines. Added new loadout process for soy meal finished product and oil.
